Companies, organizations and groups progress, and its members have to be aware of it. Often, this is in spite of the environment and in many other cases even the people who make up these bodies, because they too can be genuine barriers to progress. Fortunately, most of the time, it is the people who succeed in moving their companies forward.

Society has developed. Even though there are things that we may like more than others, we cannot deny that if we are not part of this progress, we will not be able to complain or express regret. Using the metaphor employed at the beginning of today’s talk, we can choose or not choose to ‘get on the train’, which will always be moving.
