Last 1st September 2017  the public registration has been obtained in the Register of Foundations of the Autonomous Community of Aragon (Spain), obtaining therefore the recognition of the right of the Foundation for purposes of general interest according to the Law and therefore the donations that are made to ECUUP Foundation by donations made by Spanish citizens
